Using the site

You may read, link to and share the pages for personal or business information. The information on the site describes our services. It is not an offer or a contract. Prices, schedules and scope are agreed only in a written quote or contract.

• We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the law. You may delete your account at any time from the account page.

Acceptable use

• break the law or infringe the rights of others, including privacy and copyright;
• send spam, malware, or content that is misleading, abusive or hateful;
• pretend to be someone else, or submit personal data of other people without a lawful basis;
• try to get around security, rate limits or access controls, or overload the service;
• copy the site in bulk by automated means beyond normal indexing.

Content you send us

• You keep ownership of the briefs, texts, photos and links you submit.
• You confirm that you have the right to share them, including the consent of the people shown.
• You allow LAM HONG to store, read and review them in order to reply to you. We publish a submission only after we agree it with you in writing.
• We may decline or remove a submission that breaks these terms.

Our content

Texts, photos, the logo and the design of this site belong to LAM HONG Media or to their licensors. Do not reuse them without written permission. Client names are not shown on this site.

Liability

We keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent Vietnamese law allows, LAM HONG is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the site. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; those sites have their own terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam. Disputes go first to good-faith negotiation, then to the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City.
